Hi people, um.. for the past 2 days, i was in school in water polo camp. it was tiring but me and my friend slack abit. so the first day i woke up and my friend told me that we had to assemble at 1, cause the letter said 2 so i got confused. then when i arrived, we waited till 2.30 pm then we started training. During training we did 400 warm up then followed by the different various laps. The most tiring part was when we had to swim with the ball, we swam head up with the ball and when the whistle blew then we had to swim past the ball, kick it into the air, catch it and start swiming again. Then near the end of the training we got to setup the goal post and start to shoot goals, so fun=). i managed to get most of the balls into the goal but some were blocked.

Then today we swam another 400 warm up and 6 x 300 but half way through the training it started to rain so we did land training, push up, sit up, etc.

Oh ya, afew of my senoirs woke up in the middle of the night and went to Caltex to buy chips and drinks, ten this guy asked his friend to help him go buy condoms. like what the hell... then before we slept, i saw the guy watching porn on his phone, i mean he wasnt even embarrassed.... he was letting people watch porn with him, no shame ... so thats all ~ bye~_~
